Jamie Williams is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in adaptive training for all disabilities and impairments, strength and conditioning, and body fat reduction. Based at PureGym H1 Building on Hill of Rubislaw, he helps people of every ability level build confidence, get stronger, and reach goals they thought were off-limits — serving Aberdeen, Rubislaw, Mannofield, and the wider West End.

Having a physical disability himself, Jamie understands first-hand how daunting a gym can feel, and how hard it is to figure out which exercises actually work for your body.
